Linda Morse-Porteous Award Nomination Form

This award is given to recognize a female technician (graded or technical staff) for her: Leadership, dedication to and quality of work, abilities as a role model and/or mentor for junior women, and involvement in the WHOI community.

Please use this form as a guide in making your nomination. Your written documentation will serve as the only source of information used by the Selection Committee to choose the award winner. Please do not include outside recommendations. Repeat/updated nominations from prior years and multiple nominations are appropriate and encouraged.

Nomination letters from the last two years will be automatically considered again this year. Letters will be forwarded to Human Resources for inclusion in candidates' personnel folders with permission of sponsor.
