As stated at the EarthCube homepage (http://earthcube.ning.com/): EarthCube aims to transform the conduct of research through the development of community-guided cyberinfrastructure to integrate data and information across the geosciences. EarthCube is a collaboration between the U.S. National Science Foundation and Earth, atmosphere, ocean, computer, information, and social scientists, educators, data managers, and more.


WHOI scientists, engineers, and technical staff have been involved in several funded EarthCube projects and workshops, including:
