Christine Godfrey is the US Army Corps of Engineers’ Regulatory
Chief for the six New England states. New England has 55 people in the
Regulatory Division, and they handle about 8,000 permit actions per year.
Ms. Godfrey has 21 years’ experience in the program, including experience
with both the Corps and the EPA, since starting her career at the Alaska
District Corps. She holds a Master's degree in Environmental Engineering.
