TESTING AN EXPERIMENTAL DEVICE?WHOI oceanographer Fiamma Straneo deployed an experimental mooring in the ice-covered Hudson Strait in 2004 to measure the flow of water through this climatically significant gateway to the Atlantic Ocean.
