IMPORTANT DEADLINE: All TEAMS must be registered by May 11, 2013

All employees who register by Saturday, May 11th will automatically be entered into a random raffle drawing at the closing ceremonies. Good Luck!!!

Registration is as easy as 1-2-3. Just follow these easy steps:

Choose a TEAM Captain
Choose a TEAM Name
Create a TEAM Password (for all 5 team members to access)

Okay TEAM Captain, you are now ready to register your TEAM:

Click on the "Register Your Team" link above
Enter your team name
Enter the Captain's info (all fields are required)
Create your team password
Click "Next" to enter your team members
Complete "Add Team Member" to add your first team member.
Click "Add" to continue to add the next of your 4 team members
The system will only allow a maximum of 5 total team members, including the Captain

IMPORTANT: We require each participant in the WHOI Fitness Challenge to complete a special health waiver form. Please complete your waiver form and return it to Human Resources by no later than May 17th or you will be unable to continue in the challenge. If ready, waiver forms can be completed and returned to HR at the Kick-Off May 13th at Redfield. Otherwise, we will collect these forms by the due date.
