Self Defense for Women with Ginny Edgcomb

The Women's Committee is offering a self defense class for female employees taught by Ginny Edgcomb, 5th degree black belt and certified instructor. The class (based on the Protech System) is based on simple, effective, and easy to learn and remember strategies and responses that can be used by anyone. The class will be fun and confidence-building. Wear comfortable clothes, but specific attire not required (otherwise class would be useless!!). Cost is $5/person for supplies (payable on the 28th).
