Article VI - Resignations and Removals

6.1 Resignations.
Any Member, Trustee, Life Trustee, Honorary Member or officer may resign at any time by delivering his or her resignation in writing to the Chairman of the Board, the Chairman of the Corporation, the President and Director, or the Clerk at the principal office of the Corporation. Such resignation shall be effective upon notification to the Clerk unless specified to be effective at some other time.

6.2 Removals.
A Member or Honorary Member may be removed with or without cause by the vote of a majority of the Trustees then in office. A Trustee or Life Trustee may be removed with or without cause by a vote of a majority of the Members, or with cause by a vote of a majority of the Trustees then in office. An officer may be removed with or without cause by the vote of a majority of the Trustees or Executive Committee members who are Trustees, then in office. The notice of any meeting called for the purpose of removing any person from his or her office shall so state that purpose.
