Q. If I order both breakfast and lunch items from the same vendor, will I be assessed two Local Vendor Pick-up charges?

A. If the vendor can have both orders ready at the same time and Meeting Services has enough refrigerator space, you will only be charged once. However, if it requires Meeting Services to make two trips, you will be charged twice.

Q. If Meeting Services is picking up orders for more than one meeting at the same vendor, how will the Local Vendor Pick-up charge be handled?

A. Meeting Services will split the Local Vendor Pick-up charge between the two (or more) meetings.

Q. Will Meeting Services deliver beer and wine for an event?

A. Meeting Services does not provide or serve alcohol.
