A review of newly-hired non-exempt employees will be conducted following six months' employment with the Institution.
II. Provisional Period
All newly-hired employees will be considered to be provisional until they have completed six months' satisfactory employment with the Institution.
III. Six-Month Review
A. Following six months' of employment, a performance evaluation will be given by the immediate supervisor, including the completion of an evaluation form for inclusion in the personnel file.IV. Implementation
The Human Resources Office is responsible for maintaining records and notifying supervisors of those employees completing their first six months of employment. Human Resource actions resulting from the evaluation will be handled by the Human Resources Office in accordance with standard procedure.
