3 pounds apples, washed and cut into slices 1 Tbsp brown sugar 1 tsp cinnamon 1 tsp oil 1 tsp vanilla 1/4 cup cranberries or raisins 1/2 cup granola Instructions: Toss apple slices with brown sugar, cinnamon, oil, and vanilla.
