are sharing data in order to develop a more accurate, overall
view of meteorological and coastal processes occurring under
a variety of conditions. |

Environmental Observatory - 15 meters (LEO-15) 
This research observatory, located off the New Jersey coast,
provides real-time oceanographic and meteorological data. Engineers
from the Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution and Rutgers collaborated
to develop LEO-15. |

Cape
Wind
Meteorological data including wind, wave and temperature information
is collected from Cape Wind's scientific monitoring station
located on Horseshoe Shoal in Nantucket Sound. |

this buoy located at 41.40 N 71.03 W in Buzzards Bay. |

data on wind and wave conditions is available from this buoy
located 54NM southeast of Nantucket. |

The
Waquoit Bay National Estuarine Research Reserve 
Water quality data including temperature, conductivity, salinity,
dissolved oxygen, pH, depth, and turbidity is recorded at this
Waquoit Bay research facility. Data is also available from research
reserves across the country as part of the National Estuarine
Research Reserve Systemwide Monitoring Program. |
