My research focuses on developing and interpreting high-resolution proxy records of Quaternary climate variability and using and evaluating process-based, numerical, and simulation models and objective statistical techniques for improving reconstructions of past environmental change. My specialties are tropical dendroclimatology, isotope dendrochronology, and climate field reconstructions.
