ITP90 was deployed in open water in the Transpolar Drift on September 21, 2015 at 79 58.6 N, 125 8.6 E in collaboration with the Nansen and Amundsen Basins Observational System (NABOS) project from the Russian Research Vessel Treshnikov. The ITP is operating on a standard sampling schedule of 2 one-way profiles between 7 and 760 m depth each day.
