Research Interests
Seismic structure of oceanic crust and lithosphere. Investigation
of ridge crest microearthquakes. Exploration and mapping of seafloor
topography. Geology, biology, and chemistry of hydrothermal systems.
Skills
Deployment and recovery of ocean bottom seismic instrumentation.
Use of computer software packages such as mbsystem and gmt to process
multibeam data and create seafloor maps. Routine html editing and webpage
management. Data archive management.
