Our mission is to accommodate your requests efficiently, cheerfully, and rapidly. We can normally turn a job around within a matter of hours, sometimes minutes, depending on the size and urgency of the request.

• We can work from hard copies, files on CDs, or files sent via email as PDFs.
• We can take digital images from a variety of formats, including Word, PowerPoint, InDesign and pdfs, create multiple copies, and insert them in documents.
• We can scan jobs and create pdf files on CDs for storage or duplication.
• We can store repeat jobs and reproduce them on demand

Equipment

Xerox DocuTech

• 120 black and white copies per minute
• stock up to 12 x 18 inches, allowing full bleed images on an 11 X 17 inch trimmed sheet. Handles heavy weight paper up to 110 lb. index.

Canon 5000

• 55 color copies per minute
• Stock up to 12 x 18 inches, allowing full bleed images on an 11 X 17 inch trimmed sheet. Handles heavy weight paper up to 110 lb. index.
• Printer can print on separator tabs for convenient location of chapters.

Binding Options

• stapling documents up to an inch
• three-hole drilling for insertion into looseleaf binders
• comb-binding (plastic spirals, up to 2 inches) and metal spirals
• perfect binding - with printing on the spine of the document

Mailing Labels

• Send your mailing labels to us and we can adhere them to your documents and send them directly to the mail room.
• Check with us regarding printing from databases.
