About us

We are a team of eleven skilled professionals dedicated to supporting oceanographic communication. We provide professional graphic services on a hourly basis to help investigators communicate their science visually to project managers, policy makers, scientific peers, and the general public. These services include photography, design, illustration, animation, printing, framing, video, and web site design and implementation.

The easiest way to start a project is to contact us and let us know what you have in mind. If you're familiar with us you may contact anyone you wish to get the ball rolling. You will be referred to the proper person once we know exactly what you need. Cost
We are a 100% cost recovery unit, which means we must cover the entire cost of our operation by charging our time for work performed. The rate paid is a result of dividing the annual cost of our operation by the number of hours charged throughout the year. Therefore our services are not part of the overhead costs of the Institution, but rather an hourly cost per project. The provisional hourly rate for 2009 is $74.00/hr.
