Please note when moving:
The occupant will be responsible for packing all lose items including desk, bookcase, and filing cabinet contents. All items must be packed and department/staff must be prepared to move by the start of the scheduled move day. All breakable and spillable items must be taped and marked Fragile.

Boxes should ideally be no larger than two feet by two feet to allow transport. Building Services will try to assist with the provision of boxes however, departments are responsible for procuring their own. In advance of the move, we suggest that a hand drawn sketch showing the general layout of the furniture be taped to the door in the new location.
