The Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution agrees to comply with all applicable United States export control laws. It is the responsibility of every employee, guest, or student to understand and abide by any and all export control regulations which may be related to his or her work. It is their responsibility to ensure that no exports are made which may conflict with these requirements. It is also incumbent upon all WHOI personnel to report any activity which they are made aware of, that may be viewed as being a violation of the export regulations. The Institution has administrative resources in place to assist individuals in complying with these laws and regulations.
