Effective April 1, 2008, the responsibility for conference and meeting services has been returned to our in-house Meeting Services staff. This group falls under the leadership of Distribution Manager, Steve Senior (ssenior@whoi.edu). The key players in this group are Meeting Services Coordinator, Kate Davis (kdavis@whoi.edu), and Services Supervisor, Jay Murphy (jmurphy@whoi.edu). Both of these individuals have a high understanding of the processes involved in making your meeting or conference a success. Our goal is to provide you with a level of service that allows you to focus on the content of your meeting instead of worrying about whether or not the refreshments will arrive.
