Science Objectives

recover storm buoy off Scituate, MA, and return it to WHOI.

Science Activities

- recover buoy:

Use two snap hooks (one from our gear, the second provided by Tioga). We hook the buoy as usual on its bail, then use the second snap hook to catch one of the two pear rings we installed on the last trip to the buoy.  This will provide a tag line to align the buoy mast as we bring the buoy through the A-frame on deck.
