Terms and Conditions:
- Contract: This application, properly executed by the applicant
[Exhibitor] shall, upon written acceptance and notification of space
assigned by Workshop organizers, identified as Workshop Management
throughout this text, constitute a valid and binding contract.
- Assignment of Table will be processed in the order of which they
are received, and the convenience of the exhibitor. If, after the
initial space allocations, an exhibitor desires a change of location,
Workshop Management will do all possible to accommodate changes
within limits. However, decisions of the space allocations will
be final.
- Display Table Location: The tables will be located in an open
side wing to meeting room. The food and beverages served during
the meeting breaks will be set up in a continuation of the side
wing, anybody heading to get food or returning with food will pass
through the exhibit area which should provide maximum exposure to
the exhibits.
- Nature of Display: Display will be limited to literature and
products that can be place on the 30" x 6' table. Placement
of exhibit material on the floor will not be allowed. A standard
outlet will be provided for each space. There is no
provision for extra services of any type such as lights, power or
A/V equipment.
- Staffing of Exhibits: Only those representatives who are paid
registrants for the Workshop will be permitted to staff the exhibit.

Because these tables will be in the open side wing of the Workshop
meeting room, no staffing of the display tables will be allowed
during the Workshop Sessions. The Workshop Committee retains the
right to maintain standards of appearance and exhibit conduct in
the best interest of the Workshop and the Exhibitors.
- Compliance: Installation, maintenance, and operation of exhibits
will be the sole responsibility of the exhibitor, and exhibitors
shall comply with all State, Federal and local laws concerning safety,
fires, and health, as well as rules and regulations of the
Texas A&M University (TAMU) Conference
Center.
- Loss or Damage: Workshop and MSC Management assume no liability
to exhibitors of any injuries to exhibitors or their employees,
or for any damage or loss of property owned or controlled by, or
in the custody of, said exhibitor or its employees from any causes
whatsoever, and said exhibitor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless
the Workshop and Conference Center against any such claims for injury,
damage, or loss. It is agreed that said exhibitor assumes all risks
and hazards incidental to this exhibit, and hereby waives and releases
the Workshop and MSC, their agents and servant of any liability
from any and all claims for injuries, damage or loss. TAMU
will not be responsible for equipment or materials left
in the exhibitor and meeting room area.
- Management: Exhibitor agrees that the conditions, rules, and
regulations herein stated are made part of this contract, and that
said exhibitor agrees to be bound by each and all of the rules and
regulations, and that the management shall have the full power to
interpret, amend, and enforce all rules and regulations in the best
interest of the Workshop, provided that any amendments shall not
substantially diminish rights or increase the liability of an exhibitor
and written notice is given to exhibitors.
