Plan Provider for the Defined Contribution Retirement Plan

Effective August 1, 2010, employees may begin making voluntary salary deferral contributions into the new 403(b) plan with Diversified.**

Employees may also rollover any existing 403(b) and/or 401(k) accounts with other vendors to the new Diversified platform as early as August 1, 2010.

IMPORTANT: Effective January 1, 2011, all future employee contributions into the 403(b) plan will be directed to your Diversified account and will no longer be allowed into your existing accounts with TIAA-Cref, Fidelity, and Vanguard.

To access your personal 403(b) account through Diversified, please log on to www.divinvest.com/plan/whoi or you can call their Customer Contact Center @ 1-888-676-5512. Note: For first-time users you will be required to sign on as a new user to assign your user ID and password.

**Elections made effective August 1, 2010 will be reflected in your August 20, 2010 paycheck.
