Desired Education/Experience for Hiring
High School diploma or equivalent plus 5 to 6 years of office-related experience and operator training. Computer knowledge of database, word processing, spreadsheet, communications software, and with PBX/PABX systems or other computerized telephone systems. Ability to simultaneously handle a variety of tasks at different levels of complexity required.
