The Human Resources Office counsels employees and provides assistance in both formally and informally resolving work-related problems. The Office also provides consulting services to managers on the interpretation of work-related policies and procedures, including the application of the Institution's progressive disciplinary action policy.

Managers or supervisors who are planning on taking disciplinary action against an employee, especially if that action is suspension or termination of employment, should consult the Employment Services Manager/EEO Officer, or, in the absence of that person, contact the Human Resources Office.
