Annual Open Enrollment for 2015
OPEN ENROLLMENT 2015 EXTENDED TO NOVEMBER 12th
This year’s open enrollment will take place October 20 through November 7, 2014 and a new on-line benefits enrollment form will be provided to employees through Employee Online account to choose and submit on-line elections for the medical plan, HSA, and FSA voluntary elections and the dental plan. More information will be provided once the rates have been set.
2015 403(b) IRS Limits
The IRS recently announced cost of living adjustments affecting dollar limitations for tax year 2015. These changes will occur for the first payroll of 2015 which is the period December 14-December 27, 2014 for pay date January 2, 2015. You can make changes to your 403(b) Defined Contribution employee amount anytime during the year through the Transamerica site . Those turning age 50 or older in 2015 are eligible for the Age 50+ Catch-Up throughout the year.

One-on-One Meetings with Transamerica in 2014Transamerica
will be onsite at WHOI every month in 2014 beginning in January. Individual one-on-meetings are available in 25-minute time slots. You must schedule your appointment in advance by registering online using the Online Meeting Scheduler
. Advance registration is allowed for up to 3 months and is available to you through the online registration site. If you feel you will need more than 25-minutes to meet with a Transamerica
representative, you may sign up for more than one session, or you may want to sign up for the last session of the day.
