VoIP Goals

The deployment of the Nortel VoIP phone system will occur via three phases. Each phase involves externsive testing and planning, so your feedback is important to the ease of transition between phases. To complete a feedback form, go here.

PHASE I

The VoIP phones will be distributed to the volunteer parties. The system will not replace your current phone line. The Nortel VoIP phones will only be able to talk to other VoIP phones.

PHASE II

When the link to our PBX is in place in late November, The Nortel VoIP Phones will be integrated into the current phone system and will therefore be able to communicate with both the VoIP phones as well as WHOI phones.

PHASE III

Finally your VoIP phones will be able to access our outside lines.
