All Conference Summary
All Conferencing Call Service offers both traditional reservation-based and reservation-less audio conferencing, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can have conference calls involving any where from 2 to 125 participants with either plan that you sign up for and participants can be located anywhere. Operator assisted calls and fully monitored event calls are offered as well.
Two plans are offered - Ready Conference Lite and Ready Conference Plus. Payment is done with a major credit card and billed to your project number after you register online. You are not billed until actual calls are made. Only Ready Conference Plus offers an e-billing invoice option. Here are the two plans:
Ready Conference Lite
• 12¢ per minute per participant for toll & toll-free dial in
• Instant registration
• Use of reservation less service only; no conference scheduling capability
• Operator available 24 X 7 during the conference by pressing *0
• Monthly credit card billing only
Ready Conference Plus
• 14.5¢ per minute per participant for toll dial in*
• 17.5¢ per minute per participant for toll-free dial in**
• Instant registration
• Includes ability to reserve calls on-line and send email invitations to the participants
• Operator available 24 X 7 during the conference by pressing *0
• Monthly credit card or invoice e-billing option
